Robert W. Carter – As Secretary-Treasurer of the Superior Court Clerks Retirement Fund, Bob advises the Board of Commissioners concerning investments for long-term stability and growth. A native of Lowndes County, Bob has experience with the Georgia Sheriff’s Association and Youth Homes. He has served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Georgia Peace Officers’ Annuity and Benefit Fund since 1996 and oversees several other Funds through the Retirement Funds of Georgia. Mr. Carter is a Certified Financial Planner. He is a current resident of Cobb County where he enjoys being near his daughter’s family and being a grandfather.
Woodson Daniel - A native of Pulaski County, he served in the military from 1946 to 1948. Woodson was Superior Court Clerk of Pulaski County from 1961 through 2000. He was named to the Superior Court Clerks Cooperative Authority’s inaugural board in 1993 by Gov. Zell Miller and served as chairman for over eleven years. Mr. Daniel assisted former GSCCRF Secretary/Treasurer Joe Mundy from 1984 to 2000 and then took on the Secretary/Treasurer role himself in 2000. Woodson retired as Secretary/Treasurer of the Retirement Fund in 2009, but continues to act as consultant and advisor to the Board of Commissioners. He and his wife Allene continue to reside in Hawkinsville
